Booking Policy ( part of )
1) OPTION

An option may be taken for the rental of a house by telephoning +33 (0) 609960361 or by e-mail at contact@cannes-house-rentals.com .This option must be confirmed by fax and lasts 7 days.Final confirmation by sending an advanced payment of 30% of the rental price within the option validity.
Time defined above.

2) BOOKING RENTAL

The booking can only be confirmed after acknowledgement of reception of the advance payment, namely 30% of the rental price of the period requested. If a last minute rental is reserved by telephone, it is recommended that the advance payment be sent by bank transfer or wire transfer. This amount becomes the property of the owner in the case of cancellation.
The balance must be paid within 45 days prior to the start of the rental period.
The minimum rental period is one week, from Saturday Morning to Friday Afternoon. The rental rates are per week.
Rental periods start from Saturday 11:00 am and stops Friday  from 4:00 pm.
Overnight stays additional to those in the contract will be invoiced additionally prorata to the basic cost.
3) PRICE LISTS AND AUXILIARY COSTS

A security deposit from 5000€ to 45000€ ( it depends on the house ) has to be paid 15 days prior to the start of the rental period to cover service charges and any damage or inventory losses. The balance will be returned as soon as possible after the accounts have been settled ( never more than one month )..
We can take care of  the final cleaning, a fixed cost of 150 to 350 Euros (depends on the house) will be charged.

4) RECEPTION AND HANDING OVER KEYS

Reception will be at the house or at the airport if you booked the airport transfer service.

5) OCCUPATIONS

On arrival, an inventory of the premises will be made and returned signed by both the parties at the latest the day after arrival, before 5.00 pm.
Any claim concerning rented promises and the inventory must be presented within 24 hours after handing over the keys.
Occupancy dates and release times must be strictly respected. Animals are not admitted.
The inventory is made initially in the presence and in agreement with the tenant.

6) CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event you are forced to cancel your reservation the following charges will apply:
  - More than 42 days prior to the start of the rental period - Forfeit the deposit
  -  From 21 to 42 days prior to the start of the rental period - 50%of total rent fee
  - Less than 21 days prior to the start of the rental period - 100% of total rent fee

Note: days will be calculated based on the date we receive written notice of cancellation
